Does the rest of the document move up?

Yes. The pages after the cover shift back by one and keep their order.

Can I delete a cover and a back page together?

Run the tool twice, or use the Remove pages tool with a list.

It usually gets a little smaller, because a page is gone.

Take the cover page off a document and keep everything that follows it.

Drag & drop a PDF, or choose it from your device. It stays on your machine.
