Is the text underneath really removed?+

On export, pages with redaction boxes are flattened and the covered region is painted. The original text is not preserved in that area of the downloaded file.

Can I redact images?+

Yes. Draw the box over any content, including logos, signatures or images.

Should I check the result?+

Yes. Always open the exported PDF and try to select the redacted text before sharing it.
